Encompass Business Consulting was founded on a simple belief: business licensing shouldn’t be complicated or expensive. After years in banking and working closely with business owners, we saw an opportunity to better serve an overlooked group of entrepreneurs—those who felt frustrated by high legal fees and the lack of personal attention from large consulting firms.
We built Encompass Business Consulting to bridge that gap: a lean, boutique firm that offers real expertise, transparent pricing, and a true concierge-level experience. We don’t rely on flashy ads, TV commercials, or spammy social media campaigns—our clients come to us through word of mouth, because great service speaks for itself.

As the co-founder of Encompass Business Consulting, I help entrepreneurs and business owners bring their ideas to life with clarity and confidence. With over 10 years of experience in merchant services, payroll, and business banking relationship management, I’ve seen how the right guidance can make growing a business feel less overwhelming and more rewarding. Before launching Encompass, I built my career in banking and earned a Top 10% Pinnacle Award for excellence and client satisfaction.
Originally from California, I’ve called Las Vegas home for more than a decade. I’m passionate about helping local businesses succeed and believe that success begins with genuine relationships and follow-through. I’m often told I’m the person people love to talk to because I take the time to listen, understand their goals, and make the process feel simple and personal.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted dad and lifelong soccer player. I’m also active in supporting health and education initiatives within the community because when people thrive, businesses do too.

As the co-founder of Encompass Business Consulting, I help entrepreneurs and small business owners handle the licensing process with ease and confidence. After more than 15 years in corporate and commercial banking with institutions such as U.S. Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, I saw how many great business ideas got stuck in red tape, not because of potential, but because of process. That inspired me to build a firm focused on accuracy, transparency, and genuine support for business owners.
Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, I’ve called Las Vegas home for over 30 years and grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up. My perfectionist eye for detail (a mix of OCD and Gemini energy) means every client receives thoughtful, hands-on attention through every step of their journey.
Beyond business, my biggest passion is dogs. One day, I hope to open an animal hospital or research center dedicated to canine health and wellness because helping others, whether people or pets, has always been at the heart of what I do.
